Rewards Points Program – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
The Rewards Points Program (“Program”) is available to approved customers with an active account. Enrollment in the Program is automatic once eligible purchases are made.

Earning Points
Points are earned on qualifying purchases made through our website.

• Points are calculated based on the subtotal of eligible products, excluding taxes, shipping, duties, and discounts.

• Bonus points may be offered during select promotions and are subject to specific promotional terms.

Redeeming Points

• Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, subject to minimum redemption requirements.

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

• Points may only be redeemed at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

No Expiration
Rewards points never expire, provided the account remains active and in good standing.

Account Status

• Points are tied to the account that earned them and cannot be shared, transferred, or combined with another account.

• If an account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason, all unused points will be forfeited.

Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

• If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded, or canceled, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the account.

• If points were redeemed on an order that is later refunded, the redeemed points will not be reinstated.

Program Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including changes to how points are earned or redeemed. Any changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible.

Abuse & Misuse
Any misuse, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Program may result in the removal of points and/or suspension of the account.

General
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
